What the fee does not include

Vendor licences, warehouse compute, and travel to the London lunch are yours. We do not resell seats in Amplitude or Mixpanel. If your legal team needs a data-processing addendum before you share production events, say so in the first note; we will not begin homework on live data until that paper exists.

Teams

Two or three colleagues may share an Instrument Bench seat if they present as one voice in critiques. Four or more is a private desk; write to us for a figure. We do not discount “because procurement asked.” We do decline work that is really an implementation contract wearing a course label.
